With nearly 40% of Malaysia's imported oil transiting through the Strait of Hormuz, the country is inevitably affected by these global developments.

In addressing the Global Supply Crisis, the Government has mobilised a coordinated national response to safeguard the well-being of Malaysians, ensure the continued availability of essential goods, maintain price stability and strengthen the nation's resilience against external shocks.
